Winter Savory was grown organically on our farm in the summer of 2024.  Dried and ready for your spice rack.  Commonly used for meat dishes as well as in soups, stews and sauces.  It has a subtly minty-thyme flavour with notes of pepper which makes it excellent for enhancing dishes of all kinds.
