Sage was organically grown on our farm in the summer of 2023. Dried and ready for your spice rack. Highly aromatic, the leaves have a lemony fragrance reminiscent of rosemary. Can be used in turkey, pork stuffing or any grilled or roasted pork meat dishes. Also excellent with gnocchi, risotto and pasta, in bean soups, focaccia, marinades and aromatic oils. Best to crumble whole leaves to release the flavour.
