A tasty herb with a parsley and citrus flavour.   Finish any Indian dish with a sprinkle of fresh cilantro.  It can be included in sauces, salsa and pesto for use with Chicken, fish, tofu or vegetables.  Place stems in a glass or water and cover the top loosely with a plastic bag in the fridge.  It can be frozen or dried to store.
